Listening and being able to hear the messages of your heart.  Your heart knows the way.Cultivating a self-love that emanates out and impacts everyone you meet.  Learning how to love yourself is a personal journey and is necessary on your path of inspired action—creating a sacred temple within, a safe space within your mind and heart for your soul to coexist within your beautiful body.
